New Melleray hosted the Regional Meeting of the American Region this past week. Last Saturday the participants came over to visit, pray Vespers and have supper with us.
During the meeting our Sr. Christine was voted as the nun delegate for the General Chapter which will be held in Assisi, Italy in September of 2014. Br. Brian of St. Joseph's Abbey in Spencer, MA was voted the monk delegate. It was wonderful seeing old friends and meeting new ones.
